Enervest’s founder and managing director Ross has more than 16 years of commercial energy sector experience and has earned a reputation as a progressive thinker and strategist. As a leading specialist in electrical systems, his vision and innovative thinking translate into a superior mix of technical and market knowledge, setting him apart from others in the sector. His vision and commercial capabilities drive the firm’s successes and underpin our strategy with an investor-focused outcome.
Dr. Andrew Monk brings extensive experience in governing public and private businesses within impactful sectors such as next-gen energy, bio-pharma/health, next-gen food/agriculture, and waste resources. His expertise lies in various areas including managing growth phases, restructuring, recapitalisation, public listing, trade sales, demergers, and M&A activities.
He possesses a strong background in building and leading executive and governance teams in public, private, ASX-listed, and purpose-driven organisations across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region. With decades of experience collaborating with regulatory agencies, advocating for industry standards, and overseeing research projects and industry programs, Andrew has demonstrated his proficiency in research management and governance. He holds a BSc and PhD, serves as an Adjunct Associate Professor of AgLaw at UNE Armidale, and is a graduate of AICD and ARLF.
Daman has been leading businesses in the Construction and Renewable Energy Sector for over 20 years. These roles have been across the Oceania & APAC region on behalf of multinational OEMs, energy utility infrastructure service providers, solar retailers, developers, independent power producers, retailers, and financiers forging market opportunity and building business lines with genuine capability.
Daman offers an in‐depth knowledge of the sector, market opportunities and relationships throughout the full Clean Energy supply chain. His ability to lead teams in the delivery of providing a high standard of service and sustainable revenue is a testament to his leadership skills. Daman is committed to creating a lasting impact in the energy sector by building profitable relationships and contributing to the Sustainable Development Goals.
Craig has over 18 years of experience working as a solar and battery storage specialist within the sector, holding extensive experience working with industrial electrical infrastructure on high-voltage sites. He has proven capabilities in project management and operational roles on large-scale industrial installations.
He brings a high-level understanding of reporting and critical path management, along with demonstrated staff and departmental management, leading large and multi-disciplined teams across various reporting paths to common goals.
Luke, a strategic thinker with 15 years of experience in project, program, and portfolio management, consistently delivers projects on time and within budget. Armed with a degree in project management and certification from the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM), Luke has managed construction programs across various sectors, including industrial, commercial, and large-scale mixed-use.
Chermene brings 15 years of experience in the energy industry, having worked in residential, small business, and commercial segments. She is adept at achieving sales targets, contract negotiation, management, and business development, and is focused on building customer relationships through quality assessment frameworks and process improvement.
Our energy engineer, Dev brings practical expertise in engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) of commercial solar PV solutions to Enervest. Holding a masters degree in power engineering, with a focus on renewable energy systems and advanced engineering project management, he manages the full project life cycle. With a proven ability to negotiate with stakeholders, control project costs, and manage schedules, Dev effectively delivers successful, profitable commercial-scale solar projects.
Asim, an electrical engineer with over four years of experience in solar project management, expertly manages solar projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. His exceptional communication and interpersonal skills allow him to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
